Folding Door Types

There are many types of folding doors.  We sell Woodfold Accordion doors and manufacture both bifold and multifold solid hardwood doors at InteriorDoors.com.  Accordion doors are available in both vinyl and and hardwood veneered varieties.  Accordion doors typically come in smaller panels than bifold and multifold doors, and have no gaps between the sections when folded.  Accordion doors also can be made in larger units for both commercial and residential units.  See our photo gallery for the possibilities available.  Folding door possibilities are endless, and whether you want, vinyl, solid hardwood, glass, or combinations of wood and glass, you have come to the right place.

I would like a quote for a economical accordion door if possible. The application will be to partition off a utility room in a basement. I would like the accordion doors to split in the center so half the door would close to the left, and the other half would close to the right. Material should be either a light oak hardwood veneer. Size is: H- 6′ 10″ X W- 9′ 10″

    Thank you,

I like the look of your great wood doors. Customers often ask us for references for their offices if we are out of budget. I will make sure to note your site. Glad I stumbled here.

I am interested in your 140 wood door to close the top of a narrow stairway that leads to a loft. The dimensions are H- 8′ x W- 27-1/4″. There is a handrail that extends 2 inches on one side. I will be moving the rail sometime in the near future. Would there be a stacking problem for the additional 2 inches (29-1/4) before the rail is moved?

Price quote please. Thanks M. Warren

I live in an apt in NY and wonder how convenient it would be to divide a room and provide safety as well? How affordable is this investment rather than putting up a wall?

I would like a quote for either a mirrored bifold or multifold door for a 32″ opening by 96″ (to close off a toilet from the rest of the bathroom). Also, what is the quickest leadtime and how does it attach to the wall? Thank you.

I am requesting a quote for a wood veneered 220 series door 35 X 79 &1/8. This is to be used between a kitchen and den utilized by a family with two younger children. Is this the right door series for the task?

I am shopping and looking around for the best way to enclose my lanai, which is only 20ft long and 8ft high. I want to keep the lanai space as an outdoor living space but with the option to enclose it from noise, dust and outside elements. I also want to keep the view and visibility even when enclosed. What style would you best recommend?

    Thank you.

Thank you for the information that you have given! These folding door types are very useful to business specially if you have a small rented place for your office. This will be an option for SME’s and hopefully you’ll prosper!

    Good luck!
